Trainer Harley Pasternak’s 5 rules for weigh loss:

1. Walk 10,000 steps a day

2. Eat protein and fibre five times a day.

3. Do resistance exercise for five minutes every day.

4. Sleep at least seven hours a night.

5. Unplug for at least one hour a day.
