How does this 180 sq/ft garage-looking thingy cost $2.7 MILLION???

Location (Silicon Valley). I guess?

An Estately listing advertises a 180-square-foot, one-bedroom house on the property as an “exciting opportunity to build your dream home in charming Barron Park neighbourhood.”

The entire lot has 6,886 square feet, and it sits on a quiet street close to Stanford University, a farmers’ market and bike paths.

If you look…it’s has a shed too!

  1. love myfm everyday I was wondering if you had heard about Carrie Labelle and her son Kyle who gave 70% of his liver to save her life. Carrie became ill on Oct.24 and was given 2 days to live without a transplant. Her 22 year old son was a match after extensive testing and heroically saved her life. The response to this emergency was absolutely amazing. A line up of people waited to have their blood tested at the Deep River hospital but Kyle was her only hope unless they received a donor within 2 days. Carrie Dan and their family have been involved in the community and supported many different causes
Now Carrie is having serious complications and will have to stay in the Toronto hospital for many months The costs are really adding up so myself and Carries Mom have setup two bank accounts if people would like to donate. Is it possible to have this donation information on your station. Walk in to Northern Credit Union or Scotiabank both have setup The Carrie Labelle Medical Relief Fund.
